Sandy Beach Diving Centre is located right on the beach, and offers a range of courses for beginners and professionals. Full-day and overnight trips can be organized to visit the diving sites of northern Oman.

A temperature-controlled pool is available at Sandy Beach, and children can enjoy the sandy playground. There is a also a night club offering night entertainment.
